Control Your Thoughts
Rewiring your brain is essential to long-term growth. Affirmations must be rehearsed
daily. If you want something bad enough, you must reiterate to yourself that it will get
done.
Your conscious mind is the gatekeeper to your subconscious mind. It ensures
everything that enters your subconscious mind reflects what you need and what is good
for you.
Affirmations of peace, love, and harmony should be allowed into your subconscious
mind.
Block out negativity and consume positivity.
Surround Yourself with Good Energy
Humans are creatures of habit. Disrupting old patterns will lead to success. Get
comfortable being uncomfortable.
Put yourself in situations that will allow you to get tested.
Get by or get ahead?
Some people stay at their job for years because they are afraid of change. Getting out
there in the world is a hassle but the outcome results in income.
Being indecisive and easygoing with your life is a detriment to your well-being. The goal
is to do things now that your future self will thank you for.
Make Exercise and Diet Mandatory
Hit the gym, eat healthy foods, and be productive. Being in the top 20% of people
means doing things that 80% of people need discipline to do.
Use your workouts to

● Build muscle
● Become flexible
Use your diet to
● Feel better
● Boost energy
● Manage weight
You don’t have to work out.
You get to work out.
Practice Gratitude, and Don’t Forget to Smile
My reward was being there; my joy was sharing it with you.
Knowing that it can always be worse and acknowledging how blessed you are is
satisfaction in its purest form.
Gratitude can be the difference maker in your everyday life.
You are special.
You are loved.
