1/4 tsp. sea salt.

1/4 cup pomegranate juice or unsweetened cranberry juice.

1/4 cup lemon juice or lime juice.

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut water.

2 cups cold water.

Additional options: honey or maple syrup, powdered magnesium and/or calcium, depending on needs.
