* 1/2 Lb frozen or fresh Blueberries (I use organic)
* 1/2 Lb frozen or fresh Raspberries (I use organic)
* 2 TBSP. Coconut Oil (I use organic)
* 2 TBSP. Maple Syrup
* 1 tsp. Cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
* 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
* 1 Cup Oats (I used organic, regular cooking)
* Juice of one Lemon
* Juice of one Orange
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare an 8-inch square pan greased with oil and lined with parchment paper (or parchment paper); set aside.
- Combine juice and berries. Stir to combine.
- Combine all of the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Place over the blueberries
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until berries pop open
- Serve with a scoop of “Nice” cream or a handful of pecans.
